The Thierry Massin Champagne Millesimè Blanc de Noirs Brut epitomizes a pure and intensely characteristic expression of Champagne, specifically from the Aube region where the Massin estate has its roots. Crafted exclusively from selected Pinot Noir grapes from a single vintage, this champagne stands out for its vintage quality reflecting a singular year of exceptional harvest.

On the nose, this Blanc de Noirs Brut unveils a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit such as peach and red apple, hints of sweet spices, and a light toastiness that adds depth and refinement to the aromatic profile. The fermentation and maturation in the bottle follow the traditional Champenois method, which helps to create a creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles.

On the palate, the wine offers a well-balanced structure, with a lively freshness that perfectly harmonizes with the bold fruitiness of the Pinot Noir. The acidity is well integrated and leads to a long, pleasingly mineral finish.

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif but also has the structure to pair with richer dishes such as roasted white meat or fish in a creamy sauce. Moreover, it is an excellent choice for special occasions or as a sophisticated gift for champagne lovers who appreciate an expressive and distinctive style.

The care in selecting the grapes and the precision in winemaking make the Thierry Massin Champagne Millesimè Blanc de Noirs Brut an outstanding example that showcases the true spirit and talent of its producer in creating high-quality sparkling wines with a strong territorial expression.
