The Hautes Cotes De Beaune - Vieilles Vignes 2022 by Jean Chartron is a wine that reflects an excellent representation of the Burgundy terroir. The grapes come from old vines, which gives the wine a complexity and depth of flavor that only the most mature plants can offer.

This wine presents itself with a bright straw yellow color and offers a rich and intense aromatic range on the nose, with notes of ripe white fruits, wildflowers, and a slight mineral tone. On the palate, the Hautes Cotes De Beaune demonstrates an excellent balance between freshness and the creaminess derived from careful aging. The flavor is persistent, with echoes of walnut and green apple developing towards a clean and elegantly acidic finish.

Ideal for accompanying fish or poultry dishes in cream sauce, this wine reveals its versatility and the mastery of the Jean Chartron winery, which for generations has been dedicated to creating high-quality wines that reflect the essence of their place of origin.
