Bolla's Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut, produced following the Charmat Method, is a fascinating novelty in the world of Prosecco, which combines the freshness and elegance typical of this sparkling wine with the refinement and complexity of rosé wines. This Prosecco Rosé is the result of a careful selection of Glera grapes, the basic grape variety of Prosecco, enriched by a small percentage of Pinot Noir, which gives the wine its characteristic rosé color and a broader and more multifaceted aromatic profile.

Visually, it stands out for its pale and delicate pink color, with brilliant reflections that enhance its clarity. The perlage is fine and persistent, a sign of careful and high-quality winemaking. On the nose, the wine offers a fragrant and inviting bouquet, with notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, enriched by floral nuances and a light citrus touch, which give the wine freshness and liveliness.

In the mouth, it is balanced and harmonious, with a perfect integration between the acid component and softness, making the wine extremely pleasant and drinkable. The creaminess of the perlage caresses the palate, leaving a sensation of freshness and a delicate aromatic persistence in the finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Bolla's Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut is also an excellent accompaniment to light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as to celebrate special moments. Its versatility makes it suitable to be appreciated on different occasions, always offering a highly satisfying tasting experience.

With its Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut "Charmat Method", Bolla once again demonstrates its ability in the production of quality sparkling wines, offering a product that combines the tradition of Prosecco with the innovation of rosé, for a unique tasting experience and memorable.
