Barolo DOCG by Vite Colte, known as Paesi Tuoi, is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land famous for the production of great Piedmontese red wines. This Barolo is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, a noble variety that best expresses the territory characterized by clay-limestone hills. After careful fermentation, the wine matures for a long period in oak barrels which give it complexity and structure without masking its natural elegance.

In the glass it presents an intense ruby color, evolving into garnet nuances with aging. It smells of withered rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and light earthy notes typical of Nebbiolo. The sip is full-bodied, with firm but velvety tannins and a fresh acidity that guarantees longevity. Paesi Tuoi is ideal with red meat dishes, braised meats, and aged cheeses, perfectly enhancing the richness of the Langhe territory.
