The Mongrana Maremma Toscana Rosso DOC in Magnum format from the Querciabella winery is an emblematic expression of the richness and oenological diversity that characterize the Tuscan Maremma. This region, with its mild climate and varied soils, is ideal for growing grape varieties that give rise to structured and aromatic red wines. Querciabella, an estate that fully embraces the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, produces Mongrana with a commitment to sustainability and respect for terroir.

Mongrana is a harmonious blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which reflects the Tuscan wine tradition while introducing a touch of modernity and complexity thanks to the contribution of international vines. The choice to present this wine in Magnum format not only enhances its aesthetic qualities, but also offers a better evolution of the wine over time, allowing the aromas and flavors to mature and integrate perfectly.

At sight, Mongrana has a deep and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, floral accents and a light spiciness that adds depth and interest. Querciabella's winemaking philosophy, which avoids the excessive use of new wood, allows the freshness of the fruit to be preserved and the varietal and terroir characteristics to be enhanced.

In the mouth, Mongrana surprises with its elegance and balance. The tannins are soft and well integrated, supported by a lively acidity that gives freshness and drinkability. The palate is enveloping, with the flavors of red fruit that blend harmoniously with balsamic notes and a delicate background of aromatic herbs. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant cleanliness that invites another sip.

Ideal for accompanying Tuscan cuisine, such as roast meat, game and mature cheeses, the Mongrana Maremma Toscana Rosso DOC in Magnum format is perfect for special occasions, where sharing and celebration are at the centre. Its versatility also makes it suitable for a variety of culinary pairings, demonstrating this wine's ability to adapt to and enhance different gastronomic experiences.

Querciabella's dedication to quality, combined with its ethical and environmental commitment, makes Mongrana a wine that not only satisfies the palate, but also speaks to the heart, offering an experience that is at once pleasant, conscious and deeply rooted in the land Tuscany.
