Valter Mattoni's "Cosecose" red wine presents itself as an authentic artistic creation that manifests a strong and immediate personality. The grapes used come from approximately 60-year-old vines grown on predominantly clayey soils. The refinement process takes place in steel tanks and barriques for a period of between 6 and 8 months, before being bottled.

This wine offers a frank profile, evoking the tradition of the past, representing the pure expression of the grape without too many interventions. In the glass, it presents an intense dark ruby red color and bright reflections. The aromatic bouquet offers intense and rich olfactory experiences, with hints of ripe red plum, cherry, small dark berries, floral notes of violet, light spicy nuances, tobacco, leather, undergrowth and humus.

On the palate, the wine has a good structure, with lively and well-integrated tannins, embracing a generous fruity taste that leads towards a long and satisfying finish.
