The Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2023 from the Terlano winery is a white wine that captures the essence of the mountainous region from which it originates. With its roots firmly planted in the alpine valleys of Alto Adige, this Pinot Grigio stands out for its freshness and liveliness. The Terlano winery, known for its dedication to quality and innovation, has produced a wine that reflects the unique terroir of this area.

Visually, the wine presents a light straw yellow hue, often accompanied by greenish reflections that suggest its youthfulness and freshness. On the nose, enticing aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, emerge with a background of light floral notes. On the palate, the Pinot Grigio 2023 is elegant and balanced, with good acidity that imparts a pleasant freshness. The aromatic persistence is enjoyable and invites a second sip.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish dishes, or fresh cheeses. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for light international cuisines. A classic example of how the terroir of Alto Adige can be distinctly represented through an international grape variety like Pinot Grigio.
