Letrari's Pinot Grigio IGT is a wine that embodies the passion and innovation of Trentino viticulture, reflecting the ability of this historic winery to produce wines that express the freshness and complexity of the territory. Letrari, founded in 1976 in the Adige Valley, is known for its dedication to quality and experimentation, producing a wide range of wines that celebrate the native and international grape varieties best suited to the region's microclimate and soils.

Letrari's Pinot Grigio stands out for its ability to balance elegance and structure, the result of a meticulous selection of grapes and carefully controlled vinification. This wine is produced with hand-picked Pinot Grigio grapes, coming from vineyards located in particularly suitable areas of Trentino, where the alternation of temperatures between day and night favors the development of a wide range of aromas and good acidity.

During winemaking, Letrari aims to preserve the aromatic integrity and freshness of the grape variety, using temperature-controlled fermentation techniques in stainless steel containers. This process allows us to obtain a Pinot Grigio that reflects the typicality and expressiveness of the vine, maintaining a distinctive liveliness and aromatic cleanliness.

At sight, Letrari's Pinot Grigio IGT has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as pear and apple, enriched by floral nuances and a light hint of hazelnut, typical of well-matured Pinot Grigio.

In the mouth, the wine is characterized by a balanced acidity that supports its freshness and drinkability, with flavors that faithfully reflect the olfactory notes of fruit and flowers, enriched by a pleasant minerality that adds depth to the sip. The finish is clean and persistent, with a light note of bitter almond that invites another taste.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, seafood appetizers, fresh salads and fish-based dishes, Letrari's Pinot Grigio IGT is also an excellent companion for pasta and risotto dishes, thanks to its ability to enhance the flavors without overwhelm them.

In conclusion, Letrari's Pinot Grigio IGT is a wine that reflects the winery's commitment to the production of high quality wines, offering a tasting experience that combines varietal freshness and aroma with the complexity and elegance that characterize the best examples of Trentino Pinot Grigio.
