The Corton Clos Des Cortons Faiveley Grand Cru represents one of the most illustrious and historic wines produced by the renowned Domaines Faiveley winery, located in the heart of Burgundy. This Grand Cru is the most authentic expression of Pinot Noir, coming from one of the most famous and prestigious single parcels of the Côte de Beaune, the Clos des Cortons Faiveley, a monopole of the Faiveley family for generations.

The particularity of this vineyard, in addition to its exclusivity, lies in its exceptional position and its unique terroir, characterized by a perfect balance of clay and limestone, which gives the wine an unparalleled structure and complexity. The exposure and altitude of the vineyard also ensure optimal ripening of the grapes, fundamental for the production of a Pinot Noir of extraordinary elegance and depth.

Corton Clos Des Cortons Faiveley stands out for its intense and bright ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, enriched by floral nuances of rose and violet, and delicate hints of spices, leather and a light toasting, the result of maturation in barrique of top quality French oak.

In the mouth, the wine is of extraordinary richness and complexity, with a silky texture and finely crafted tannins that blend perfectly with the natural acidity of the Pinot Noir. The depth and balance of the wine culminate in a long and persistent finish, which leaves an impression of elegance and power, a hallmark of Burgundy Grand Crus.

The aging potential of Corton Clos Des Cortons Faiveley is exceptional, with the ability to evolve and improve over decades, developing over time even greater complexity and perfect integration between fruit, tannins and aging notes.

Ideal in combination with haute cuisine dishes, such as red meats prepared with refined recipes, game and mature cheeses with character, this Grand Cru is a privileged choice for special occasions, capable of offering a superior tasting experience and celebrating moments more memorable.

The Corton Clos Des Cortons Faiveley Grand Cru is, without a doubt, one of the highest expressions of the winemaking savoir-faire of Domaines Faiveley, a wine that tells the story and passion of a family for excellent viticulture in Burgundy.
