The Batar Toscana Bianco IGT in Jeroboam format, presented in a wooden case by the Querciabella winery, is an extraordinary example of how Tuscany can also express itself through high quality white wines. Querciabella, renowned for its dedication to organic and biodynamic viticulture, produces Batar from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, creating a Tuscan white wine that challenges convention and stands at the top of the category.

The Jeroboam format, which corresponds to four standard 750ml bottles, is a sign of grandeur and festivity, ideal for important celebrations or as a prized piece for collectors. The presentation in a wooden case only increases the value and attractiveness of this exceptional wine, underlining its elegance and rarity.

Batar winemaking follows rigorous principles that aim to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. The fermentation and aging in barrique, partly in new barrels and partly in second passage barrels, add complexity and depth to the wine, allowing a harmonious integration of flavors and a rich and velvety texture.

Visually, Batar presents itself with a bright golden yellow color, a sign of its concentration and quality. On the nose, the wine offers a wide range of aromas, from fruity notes of peach, apple and citrus, to nuances of vanilla, honey and white flowers, enriched by a delicate mineral touch that reflects the excellence of the Tuscan terroir.

In the mouth, Batar stands out for its extraordinary richness and complexity, with a perfect harmony between lively acidity and full body. The aromas of fruit and flowers blend with toasted and spicy notes, resulting from the aging in wood, culminating in a long and persistent finish that leaves a lasting impression.

Perfect as a luxury aperitif or paired with refined dishes of fish, shellfish, white meats and mature cheeses, the Batar Toscana Bianco IGT in Jeroboam format by Querciabella represents a true celebration of quality and excellence in the production of white wine in Italy, offering a unique tasting experience that remains etched in the memory.
