Cascina Corte is a small family-run business, which has dusted off abandoned lands and slowly has been able to restore value. Produces a Dolcetto di Dogliani from a selection of various vines, and a finer Dolcetto from grapes of the Pirochetta, a 60-year-old vineyard from which a wine out of the ordinary has always been made. From two plots of about one and a half hectares, they have obtained a new vineyard half a Barbera and half to Nebbiolo.
