San Salvatore 1988 Winery

The San Salvatore 1988 winery was born in a magical and uncontaminated place in the heart of Cilento, a journey that starts from the sea and the temples of Paestum, and continues on the hills of Giungano up to the mountains of Stio. It is here that human intelligence dialogues with the beauty of nature, and the expression of the territory merges with its original interpretation.

The company initially dedicated to the breeding of buffaloes for the production of milk for mozzarella, decides to open its horizons and also devote itself to the world of wine. The vines have been arranged on the best soils and exposures, and are cultivated with care and passion. The vines chosen are the autochthonous from Campania: Aglianico, Greco and Fiano with the exception of a small part dedicated to Pinot Nero.

The unmistakable Buffalo logo is a dedication to an animal, archaic and ancestral, but also strong and proud, which gave a fundamental help to recreate the humus of the earth before planting the vineyards.
