The Ventolaio farm is located in Tuscany, boasts about 14 hectares of vineyards, 2 of which are destined for the production of Rosso di Montalcino, 8 for Brunello and 4 for Sant'Antimo. At the helm of the company is the Fanti family, today in the fourth generation with Manuele and Baldassare, sons of Luigi Fanti and Maria Assunta, who since 1988 have started the expansion and restoration works of the company transforming it into the reality that we find today.

The Fanti family annually produces approximately 37 thousand bottles of Brunello di Montalcino, 10 thousand bottles of IGT and 17 thousand of Rosso di Montalcino. A company that operates and bases its philosophy on quality and purity of the product, with the aim of producing a wine natural, pure, not built in the cellar, capable of enhancing the particularity of each vintage and the different aromas.

The Brunello of the Ventolaio winery was created with the intention of being first of all genuine and traditional, the "mirror" of each year of dedicated work and of the natural course of the season.
