Winery Dyrehøj Vingaard

The estate has stood on the Røsnæs promontory for decades and, according to the official website, the first vines were planted starting in 2007; since then the property has grown to be described as the largest vineyard in Denmark, with over 50,000 vines. A winemaking facility and a small distillery have been developed over time, along with visitor offerings such as tastings, a restaurant and experiential activities. The project has received recognition for wine and food tourism.

Highlighting the coastal landscape and local microclimate to produce terroir-driven wines, combining production and hospitality: the focus is on wine quality and on offering vineyard and cellar experiences.

Røsnæs Peninsula. Sandy, mineral-rich soils and a local microclimate with less rainfall and more hours of sunshine than the Danish average—conditions the winery cites as favourable for viticulture.
