Winery history Grampsas

The Grampsas family vineyards have long been established on the island; brothers Christos and Tassos transformed the family business into a modern winery in 2011, developing wines dedicated to local varieties and gradually opening visitor and dining facilities.

Production philosophy

They aim to rediscover and highlight Zacinto's native grape varieties, with a focus on wine quality and the visitor experience.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the semi-mountainous village of Lagopodo, at the foot of Mount Vrachionas on the island of Zakynthos, the winery works with vineyards spread across the island and offers wines representative of the Zakynthos region.

The winery has earned medals at national and international competitions, received recognition at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Berliner Wein Trophy, and achieved placements of labels such as Verdea in rankings and selections of Greek wines.
