Winery La Roncaia

La Roncaia was established as a project of the Fantinel family following the acquisition of a local wine estate. It developed into a small, prestigious winery focused on the selection of indigenous and international grape varieties typical of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. Over time it has consolidated its presence in domestic and international markets and has received recognition in competitions and specialized guides.

Enhancing the terroir of the Colli Orientali through manual vineyard care, grape selection and winemaking attentive to varietal expression; balancing local still wines with some high-quality sweet wines.

Vineyards on the hills of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, around Nimis and nearby localities. Soils typical of the area, with marls and sandstones, and hillside exposures that favor diurnal temperature variation and the aromatic expression of local varieties.

Numerous international awards and recognitions from guides and competitions.
