Winery Paul Gosset

The Gosset family has been connected to viticulture in the Aÿ area for generations; Paul returned to work in the family vineyards alongside his father and relaunched a personal project focused on expressions of terroir and on agronomic practices respectful of the environment.

The approach favors low-impact viticulture, low-intervention winemaking with spontaneous fermentations, frequent use of barrels for part of the process, and restrained dosing, to highlight the identity of each cru.

Vineyards located primarily in Aÿ and in neighboring communes of the Montagne de Reims, such as Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Dizy; some descriptions also include parcels in Chouilly and other nearby terroirs, with Pinot Noir predominant in the Montagne de Reims area.
