Family-run winery with roots in the Salento area, formally recorded as founded in 1938. The rosé that brought renown to the brand is part of the winery’s traditional production, and the winery has maintained continuous production and relationships with local growers across generations.

Showcasing the Salento territory through a production that places terroir and local grape varieties at its heart, with attention to winemaking traditions and viticultural practices that prioritize low yields and minimal use of pesticides; balancing tradition and innovation at the Alezio winery.

Vineyards originating mainly from the municipalities of Salento: Alezio, Sannicola, Campi Salentino, Salice Salentino, Manduria, Sava, Veglie and Parabita. Clay-limestone soils with patches of red earth and a temperate climate typical of the Salento peninsula.

Among the recognitions available online: Vigna Mazzì was awarded the Alloro in the Guida Veronelli.
