Six-step process: selection of botanicals; maceration of the botanicals in neutral spirit with heating and overnight rest; distillation in copper pot stills (Angela and Jenny), collecting only the 'heart' fraction (about 3–4 hours of distillation); blending of the two distillates; 'marriage' and dilution from 80% vol. to 40% vol. with water; bottling. The Premium Pink version additionally involves a bespoke blending step, the addition of natural grapefruit aroma, coloring and a small amount of sugar.
