The story
Family-run company that declares historical roots dating back to 1870. Production has reached the current generation while maintaining artisanal practices: distillation of fresh pomace and wood aging that define the different series (e.g. Libera Nos A Malo, GranBarrique, 20 Stagioni).
Production philosophy
To enhance local raw materials and traditional techniques to obtain characterful grappas: use of fresh pomace, artisanal discontinuous distillation and aging in selected woods to amplify complexity and aromas without unnecessary additions.

Distillation of fresh pomace primarily in artisanal equipment using copper stills/boilers in discontinuous cycles with separation of heads, hearts and tails; subsequent wood aging (barrique) at controlled proof.

Ageing
Aging in barrique and oak casks; the company uses new/virgin woods and applies variable aging periods (company communications: about 12 months for some GranBarrique, 2 years for barricata versions, and vintage editions up to 8 years).
