Production method
Produced in the rhum agricole style from local cane juice; distilled on small-scale stills designed to enhance the aromas of the vesou and then bottled as white and aged expressions.

Ageing

The Rhum Rhum project started as a collaboration between distillation expert Vittorio (Gianni) Capovilla and importer/bottler Velier (Luca Gargano). Production was launched in Marie‑Galante (Guadeloupe) with stills designed by Capovilla installed in local facilities (including periods using the Bielle distillery); the first PMG bottles appeared on the market in the late 2000s. In later years the brand also released aged bottles under the Liberation name and cask strength editions.
