Lison Bianco is a typical white wine from the south-eastern Veneto area, produced from Tai grapes and a small percentage of white berried vines, with a traditional oenological process that Tenuta Sant'Anna continues to use and improve. The vineyards are grown on silt-clayey soil of medium depth and alkalinity, a typical and characteristic terroir of the Veneto plain. The harvest is carried out at night or at dawn, when the temperature is cooler, thus preserving all the primary aromas of the fruit. In the cellar the grapes are cold macerated, then undergo a soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel and permanence on the lees.
In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. In the mouth the taste is mineral and sapid, with a pleasant almond finish. Highly recommended as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fish and white meats.
