Antica Torre Agricultural Distillery’s Apricot Eau-de-Vie is made in the Monregalese area, at the foot of the Langhe hills. It is produced with apricots grown directly by the distillery and with fruit selected from local farms within a zero-kilometre supply chain.

The apricots are handcrafted and subjected to double distillation in a simple, batch-operated steam still. The distillate is then aged for five months in a 100-litre oak barrel, acquiring greater roundness and delicate sweet nuances.

In the glass, it is clear, with an elegant straw-yellow hue. The bouquet is intense and immediately recognizable, dominated by the aroma of fresh apricots and complemented by delicate floral notes.

On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and enveloping. The time spent in wood enriches its structure without overpowering the character of the fruit, which remains the star through to the long, elegant finish.

Ideal to enjoy after a meal or as a sipping digestif. It pairs pleasantly with fruit desserts, fresh pastries, and dry pastries.
