Antica Torre Agricultural Distillery’s Mixed Fruit Eau-de-Vie originates in the Monregalese area, at the foot of the Langhe. It is made with fruit grown directly by the distillery and selected from local farms within a short distance.

Its distinctive character comes from the use of eight different types of fruit, harvested, processed, and fermented separately between June and September. The process begins with cherries and apricots, continues with plums, pears, and peaches, and ends with figs, grapes, and apples.

The different fermented batches are distilled in a simple discontinuous steam still. Combining the various components creates an original eau-de-vie in which the fruit aromas blend naturally and harmoniously.

In the glass, it is clear and crystalline. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of fresh fruit complemented by delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it is soft, round, and harmonious, with a persistent finish that recalls the natural sweetness of the raw ingredients.

Perfect enjoyed after a meal or as a sipping digestif. It pairs particularly well with fresh pastries and fruit-based desserts.
