The Acquavite di Mele Invecchiata 3 anni Master by Caldiff, distilled by Roner, represents a Trentino excellence that combines tradition and quality. Made from carefully selected apples from the Dolomites region, this spirit enhances the typical fruity notes of the fruit, enriched by aging in barrels for three years, which imparts aromatic complexity and smoothness on the palate.

The aging process allows an elegant and refined evolution: hints of quince, honey, and light nuances of vanilla and sweet spices from the wood can be perceived. The structure is balanced, with a persistent aftertaste that invites a slow, meditative tasting.

Ideal as a digestif after important meals, it pairs splendidly with aged cheeses or fruit-based desserts, enhancing every moment of conviviality with its authentic signature of the Alpine territory.
