Antica Torre Agricultural Distillery’s Barley Spirit is produced in Alta Langa using barley grown locally. Careful selection of the raw material and traditional craftsmanship allow the grain’s aromatic characteristics to be expressed authentically.

Production involves double distillation in a simple batch steam still. The spirit is not aged, preserving the freshness and immediacy of the barley’s aromas. It is cold-filtered before bottling.

In the glass, it is clear, crystalline, and bright. The nose reveals aromas of fresh grain, bread, and honey, accompanied by a subtle vegetal nuance that makes the bouquet distinctive and well defined.

On the palate, it is smooth, rounded, and enveloping. Sweet, honeyed sensations blend with the typical notes of barley, creating a harmonious sip and a pleasantly aromatic finish.
