The Acquavite Rouge de Pinot Noir 2011 by Billecart, produced by the Capovilla winery, is a precious distillate born from the excellence of Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in the renowned lands of Veneto. This territory, known for its temperate climate and varied soils, imparts to the distillate a rare complexity and balance, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the grape. The aging process takes place through slow artisanal distillation, which preserves the aromatic intensity and the purity of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows a bright amber color, while on the nose it reveals fragrant aromas of ripe cherry, red fruits, and delicate spicy hints, with a slightly toasted touch due to aging. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and persistent, with a pleasant warm sweetness balanced by a lively freshness. The Acquavite Rouge de Pinot Noir 2011 is perfect as a meditation after a meal, but it can also accompany desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses, enhancing the refined structure of the distillate and offering a rich and memorable sensory experience.
