Alta Langa DOCG - Tenuta La Rocca is a refined expression of the Piemonte hilly area, famous for its production of high-quality traditional method sparkling wines. Made mainly with the Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grape varieties, this wine ages for a long time on the lees, developing an aromatic complexity ranging from delicate floral notes to hints of bread crust and dried fruit. The production area, characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a cool, breezy climate, gives the wine a vibrant acidity and an elegance typical of these mountain bubbles.

On the palate, it reveals itself as harmonious and persistent, with a pleasant freshness that makes every sip balanced and satisfying. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, shellfish, and light recipes, accompanying both convivial moments and more formal occasions with ease.
