The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2012 by Tommasi, bottled in the prestigious Magnum Cassa di Legno, represents a charming expression of the Veronese territory.

Obtained from the native grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, this Amarone is distinguished by the meticulous drying of the grapes, which allows for the concentration of sugars and aromas. The result is a structured wine, full-bodied, with aging in wood that enhances its complex and velvety character.

In the glass it presents an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, while the nose reveals notes of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, tobacco, and hints of cocoa. On the palate it shows a surprising balance between softness and vigorous tannins, with an aromatic persistence that tells the Venetian tradition.

Perfect with braised dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses, this Amarone is a true excellence of Italian winemaking.
