Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2015 by Bertani encapsulates the historical essence of the Veneto territory, where the corvina, rondinella, and molinara grapes ripen on the hills of the Valpolicella Classica. This wine is born from a careful drying technique, which concentrates sugars and aromas, giving structure and complexity to the finished product.

The 2015 vintage, particularly favorable, promoted perfect grape ripening, resulting in a dense and enveloping Amarone, with aromas of ripe black fruits, cherries in spirit, notes of sweet spices, and important hints of tobacco and cocoa, enhanced by aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, it reveals itself as powerful and round, with a refined balance between acidity and velvety tannins, which preludes a long aging.

Ideal with red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, this magnum stored in a wooden case is a precious piece for connoisseurs who love character and depth.
