Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2009 - Cà Florian - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi embodies the essence of Venetian tradition, born from a careful selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Coming from the vineyards of the Valpolicella Classica, this wine expresses a complex and enveloping character, the result of the grape drying method, which concentrates the aromas and gives it an elegant structure.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color, enriched with garnet reflections that tell of its maturity. On the nose, it opens with scents of ripe fruit, such as cherry and plum, enriched by spicy and tobacco notes, while on the palate it surprises with softness, balance, and a persistent finish.

Perfect paired with braised red meats, aged cheeses, and rich dishes, this Amarone represents a sensory journey through the authentic flavors of a unique territory.
