A wine of extraordinary refinement and complex structure, it is an excellent choice for prestigious gastronomic occasions and is particularly suitable for ageing.

During the period between September and October, a careful selection of the best bunches takes place, which are then left to dry in a fruit shed for a period of 110 days, maintaining ideal conditions of temperature, humidity and ventilation. During this phase, the grapes lose approximately 45% of their original weight, with a notable increase in sugar levels.

It has an intense garnet red color and offers an ethereal aroma reminiscent of dried fruit. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, it stands out for its full and dry body, accompanied by notable tannins.
