Armagnac Perras is a distilled spirit of noble tradition, perfectly embodying the authentic spirit of Gascony — rich, deep, and with a strong character. Produced using the classic method, it ages in oak barrels that give it an intense, complex, and seductive soul.

It releases an enveloping and layered bouquet: initially, notes of dried and candied fruit emerge — plum, figs, apricot — accompanied by hints of cooked fruit and ripe plums. As oxygenation progresses, warm aromas of vanilla, toffee, honey, and toasted wood are revealed, enriched by a delicate sweet spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) and a touch of caramel and light tobacco.

The structure is full and velvety, with a soft and enveloping texture. The palate is crossed by harmonies of dried fruit, ripe citrus, and jam, intertwined with toasted wood and vanilla, evolving into a warm, slightly spicy, and very persistent finish. Each sip proves elegant and complex, leaving an aftertaste of honey, dates, and aged wood.

This Armagnac is perfect as a meditative digestif, to be enjoyed slowly at room temperature in a tulip glass. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, toasted nuts, aged cheeses, or a quality cigar. Also excellent as a moment of relaxation after a substantial meal or as a refined gift for connoisseurs of distilled spirits.
