Barbaresco DOCG La Casa In Collina stands out for an authentic expression of the Langhe territory, in Piedmont. Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, a regal and traditional variety of the area, this wine is born from vineyards cultivated with care and respect for the environment, enhancing the minerality and elegance characteristic of the region. After careful fermentation, the aging takes place in oak barrels, which impart notes of spices, tobacco, and light balsamic nuances to the red, enriching the aromatic profile without overpowering the freshness. The aromas open with hints of small red fruits, violet, and slight notes of licorice, while on the palate the Barbaresco shows a harmonious structure, soft tannins, and a long, enveloping persistence.

Perfect with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this wine embodies the refined balance between tradition and territory.
