Massimo Rivetti's Barbaresco DOCG is a red wine that captures the refined and intense essence of the Piedmont region. Produced from the noble Nebbiolo grapes, this wine is the result of meticulous attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar, following sustainable farming practices.

Visually, Massimo Rivetti's Barbaresco presents a light garnet red color, typical of mature Nebbiolo. The bouquet is complex and inviting, with notes of violet, cherry, and small red fruits, enhanced by an elegant hint of spices and a subtle background of vanilla and leather, due to aging in wood.

On the palate, the structure is robust yet harmonious. The tannins are present but finely crafted, balanced by the right acidity which adds freshness to the sip. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasantly long and savory sensation that invites another glass.

This Barbaresco is ideal for accompanying richly flavored dishes such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Furthermore, it has an excellent aging potential, being able to evolve harmoniously for many years in the cellar.

Producing a Barbaresco requires patience and dedication, qualities that Massimo Rivetti has fully embraced, bringing to our tables a wine that tells a story of land, tradition, and passion.

The vineyard plots historically owned by the family are clustered around several farmsteads, and the winery is located on the Serraboella hill, renowned for Barbaresco production.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for nature: the estate cultivates its vineyards using organic methods and promotes sustainable practices in the winery. Manual harvesting is carried out and techniques to preserve biodiversity and grape quality are employed; company communications also highlight the use of recyclable packaging and the adoption of measures for energy sustainability.
