Barbera d'Asti DOCG is a wine produced by the Ricossa family, with a natural vinification, a 10-day maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and finally a malolactic fermentation.
A wine that pours a deep, bright red color into the glass. The broad fruity aroma of cherries, blackberries and red fruits, and a spicy touch of vanilla, give rise to a fresh and fragrant bouquet that conquers the sense of smell.
When tasted, it presents itself as a wine of medium structure, with soft and velvety tannins and persistent for a long time. A seductive glass on the palate with an elegant finish to be savored in the company of stewed meats, roasts, boiled meats and platters of medium-aged cheeses.
