Barbera d'Alba DOC - Bric Cenciurio is born in the heart of the Langhe, an area famous for its extraordinary wine-growing vocation in Piedmont. This wine is obtained from the homonymous Barbera grape variety, cultivated on calcareous-clay soils that confer structure and freshness to the final product. The aging typically takes place in oak barrels, enriching the wine with delicate spicy notes and an elegant balance between acidity and softness.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, accompanied by vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, along with balsamic hints and a slight vanilla nuance. On the palate, it is enveloping, with good persistence and soft tannins that enhance its harmony and drinkability.

Perfect with meat dishes, hearty first courses, and aged cheeses, it represents a perfect example of the elegance and character typical of Barbera d'Alba.
