Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC - Mugiot - Magnum - Piazzo Comm. Armando represents a refined expression of the Piedmont hills, particularly the Alba area. Wine produced mainly from the Barbera grape, known for its lively acidity and intense aromas, this superiore stands out for an elegant and well-balanced structure. After careful fermentation, the wine undergoes aging that can include maturation in barriques, imparting complexity and softness typical of a great Barbera.

On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, and plum are perceived, accompanied by spicy hints and light nuances of vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it retains freshness and persistence, with rounded tannins ensuring a broad and deep sip. Perfect with typical Piedmontese dishes such as roasts, red meats, and medium-aged cheeses, this Barbera d'Alba Superiore reveals the unique character and passion of the Piazzo Comm. Armando winery.
