The Barolo del Comune di Barolo DOCG “Bric Cenciurio” by Pittatore is born in the heart of the Langhe, a territory famous for the production of complex and structured wines. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo reflects the typical characteristics of its vineyard, located on calcareous-clay soils that give elegance and finesse to the wine.
The aging takes place in wooden barrels, where the wine matures slowly, expressing intense aromas of roses, spices, and ripe red fruits, accompanied by earthy and balsamic notes typical of Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is robust, with well-smoothed tannins and a balance that invites long gustatory reflections.
Ideal with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the “Bric Cenciurio” is a Barolo that tells with personality the deep meaning of the Barolo terroir, a true symbol of Piedmontese winemaking tradition.
