The Barolo DOCG of Brovia is an oenological excellence from the heart of the Langhe, in Piedmont, an area famous for its clay-limestone soils and the favorable climate that gives this wine unparalleled structure and complexity. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo stands out for a rigorous aging process that takes place both in large wooden barrels and in barriques, a process that softens the tannins and enriches the aromatic profile.

In the glass, it presents a garnet red color, while the bouquet is broad and persistent, with notes of withered roses, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of leather and vanilla. On the palate, it is enveloping, elegant, with a robust yet well-integrated tannic texture, capable of magnificent evolution over time. It is ideal to accompany typical Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats and roasts, but expresses all its greatness alongside aged cheeses. A wine that tells the tradition and passion of Brovia in the production of the most authentic Barolo.
