Barolo DOCG Fossati Biologico - Borgogno is born in the heart of the Langhe, a region renowned for its excellent crus and Nebbiolo, the principal grape variety of this denomination. Among the Piedmont hills, Nebbiolo grapes cultivated with organic methods express all their purity and the authentic character of the territory, free from synthetic chemical treatments.

The wine traditionally ages in wooden barrels, giving Barolo Fossati a harmonious balance between structure and finesse. In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red color, while on the nose it releases complex aromas of withered rose petals, sweet spices, and a slight hint of licorice. The sip is enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant mineral persistence, reflecting the clay-limestone soil of the Langhe.

Perfect with hearty dishes from Piedmontese cuisine such as braised meats or truffle, this Barolo represents a sustainable excellence with timeless elegance.
