The Barolo DOCG Liste Biologico by Borgogno is born in one of the most prestigious areas of Piedmont, precisely in the vineyards located in the Langhe, famous for Nebbiolo, the principal grape of this denomination. This Barolo best expresses the elegance and longevity typical of the Liste territory, a historically important cru for its ideal exposure and calcareous-clay soil. The production follows a strict organic protocol, enhancing the purity of Nebbiolo grapes without chemical compromises, in full respect of the environment. The aging takes place traditionally in oak barrels, giving the wine a complex aromatic profile, where notes of withered rose, ripe cherry, and mineral hints emerge. On the palate, it is structured, with soft tannins and a balance that anticipates a long evolution. Perfect to pair with red meat dishes, braised dishes, or aged cheeses, this Barolo represents a true masterpiece of organic Piedmontese winemaking.
