Barolo Fossati - Annate Storiche - Roberto Voerzio represents an excellent testimony to Piedmontese winemaking art, coming from the renowned Barolo area, in the heart of the Langhe. Produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, this cru vibrantly expresses the uniqueness of its terroir, characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a microclimate ideal for grape drying. The aging takes place in French oak barrels, imparting complexity and structural delicacy without overpowering the typical freshness of the variety.

In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red color, accompanied by broad and persistent aromas that recall scents of withered rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it emerges with an elegant tannic texture, a perfect balance between acidity and body, and a long, enveloping finish. Ideal paired with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, it is a wine that invites contemplation and the discovery of a unique territory.
