Barolo R56 DOCG Biologico - Agricola Brandini is born in the Piedmontese hills, the beating heart of the Barolo denomination, obtained exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes cultivated with organic methods that respect the environment and enhance the authentic expression of the territory. The aging process, which involves a long rest in wooden barrels, gives this wine structure and complexity, with elegant and well-integrated tannins.

In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red color, accompanied by rich aromas of withered roses, sweet spices, ripe cherry, and a slight earthy hint typical of Nebbiolo. On the palate, it reveals a surprising harmony between sapidity, freshness, and a final persistence that recalls notes of tobacco and licorice. Perfect with red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, it fully expresses the nobility and refinement of this historic denomination.
