The Barolo Sarmassa by Roberto Voerzio is a great example of Piedmontese excellence, coming from the famous cru Sarmassa in the municipality of La Morra. This denomination, renowned for its limestone marl hills, gives the wine an intense and refined structure, enhanced by the nebbiolo grape, the prince of the area. The aging takes place in wooden barrels, which shape an enveloping aromatic profile, characterized by notes of withered roses, sweet spices, tobacco, and a pleasant balsamic vein.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and sophisticated, with vigorous yet silky tannins, ensuring a long aging potential. Perfect for those who love to discover deep and complex wines, it pairs beautifully with rustic and flavorful dishes such as braised meats, oven-roasted red meats, and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors with elegance and character. A true emblem of the Langhe wine tradition.
