Desimo can be defined as a cru, with 50% Sauvignon, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Riesling. The vines are 25 years old and are grown on calcareous soil with a slightly alkaline PH and silty clay loam texture, with southern exposure, at an altitude of 200 m a.s.l. After the harvest, the grapes reach the cellar and undergo a soft pressing with whole or destemmed grapes at a controlled temperature, storage of the must in stainless steel tanks, subsequent decantation and separation from the lees at 0ºC.
When poured, it shows a beautiful straw yellow color. The bouquet is slightly aromatic and mineral, with fragrant fruity aromas of citrus fruits and yellow-fleshed peaches. On the palate the taste is decisive and dry, with a pleasantly fresh finish.
A drinkable white wine, excellent as an aperitif but which also goes perfectly with fish-based dishes.
