Description

This brut sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the hills and harvested exclusively by hand. The vinification takes place in white, with a light cold maceration and delicate pressing.

The wine is characterized by a dry, fragrant profile with a solid structure, enriched by a careful and prolonged sparkling process. It has a straw yellow color with coppery reflections.

Versatile and suitable for any occasion, it lends itself beautifully as an aperitif and goes perfectly with cold fish and raw dishes.

Bellussi is a producer based in Valdobbiadene, active in the production of sparkling wines and Prosecco. The brand was relaunched in recent years, and the current ownership is tied to the entrepreneurial involvement of members of the Martellozzo family in the first half of the 1990s, who contributed to its positioning on national and international markets. The winery combines elements of local tradition with marketing strategies and participation in cultural events.
