The Chianti Classico DOCG Brolio by Barone Ricasoli is a red wine that encapsulates the essence of the Tuscan territory from which it originates. This wine is produced by the historic Barone Ricasoli winery, founded in 1141 and known for being among the oldest in the world still operating today. The Brolio farm is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area and boasts an ideal microclimate for viticulture.

Produced primarily with Sangiovese grapes, followed by small percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Chianti Classico DOCG Brolio expresses a perfect balance between power and elegance. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, preserving the freshness and purity of the fruit, followed by aging in French oak barriques that adds complexity and structure to the wine.

Upon tasting, this Chianti Classico presents a deep ruby red color, offering an intense nose of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, enriched by notes of sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Ideal to be served with Tuscan dishes such as bistecca alla fiorentina or wild boar stew, the Chianti Classico DOCG Brolio by Barone Ricasoli is an authentic expression of one of the most prestigious Italian wine territories, perfect for accompanying a special dinner or to add class to one's cellar.
