A Cabernet Sauvignon which is fermented for a period of about 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature in constant contact with the skins. Towards the end of the fermentation process, the temperature is increased to facilitate the extraction of flavors and colors.
The transparency of the glass shows the deep ruby red color, strong and full of ripe vegetable aromas, which persist in the glass even after a long time. On the palate, the taste is dry, offering an "earthy" perception that persists over time thanks to a large tannic structure.
It is recommended to combine it with red beef, game and lamb.
