The Cabernet Sauvignon DOC from Tramin is a true expression of the strength and finesse that characterize the red wines of Alto Adige. Produced in the renowned wine-growing area of Alto Adige, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in vineyards located in ideal positions to ensure optimal ripening.

Visually, the Tramin Cabernet Sauvignon presents with an intense and deep red color, which foreshadows the complexity of the aromas that develop in the glass. On the nose, characteristic notes of ripe red fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry emerge, enriched by nuances of spices and a light touch of vanilla, deriving from aging in barrique.

On the palate, this wine demonstrates a robust body, supported by well-structured tannins and a pleasant freshness, which ensures balance. The evolution in the mouth is complex, with a return of the fruity and spicy notes perceptible on the nose that blend into a persistent and elegant finish.

Ideal for accompanying rich dishes such as red meat roasts, stews, and aged cheeses, the Cabernet Sauvignon DOC from Tramin is also an excellent candidate for medium-long aging, which will further enhance its complexity and refinement.

This wine represents an excellent example of how the Alto Adige terroir, together with careful winemaking, can best express the potential of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, offering unique emotions with every sip.
